This smudgey winged look can be worn anytime. you can lighten it up for day or darken it for night.i call it reverse smokey because it goes up from dark to light instead of the traditional smokey eye where it goes light to dark. This look will make your eyelashes look super thick!
-First apply UDPP
-Apply NYX Eyeshadow Base in White to the inner half of the eye
-Apply Maybelline EyeStudio Gel Liner in Black using a Sigma E05 to the outer corner and wing out slightly. Also apply this to the outer half of the tightline.
-Next take a dense stiff smudge brush, like the Sigma E30, and MAC’s eyeshadow in Carbon and apply it over the eyeliner and smudge upwards slightly. Also flick the shadow out past the wing, creating a slight fade from the wing.
-Then using a angled shading brush, like the Sigma E70, and NYX’s For Your Eyes Only Smokey Eyes palette (the darkest gray color) and apply that above the black.
-Then using the same brush, apply the lighter gray shadow above that dark gray.
-Using a large shader, like Sigma E60, and apply a shimmery white shadow like Maybelline EyeStudio Wet Eyeshadow Quad in Sapphire Siren (the white shadow) to the inner corner of the lid and blend upwards.
-Lastly apply a plain highlight color, like NYX’s eyeshadow in Highlight.
-If you want, apply the gel liner very thinly on the outer corner of the lower lashline.
-Apply a black mascara, like L’Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara in Blackest Black. When applying it, angle the lashes outward, towards the wing to emphasize it.
And that’s all! It’s a lot easier than it looks!
