Refund Policy

At GenaMarie.co, I want you to feel confident in your purchase and fully supported in your curl journey.
Please review the following policies carefully before completing your purchase, as each type of product and service follows different terms.


Digital Products & Resources

All digital products (including downloadable guides, trackers, charts, and video lessons) are nonrefundable due to the immediate, full access provided at the time of purchase.
Because these materials cannot be returned once accessed, all sales of digital products are final.


1:1 Coaching Sessions

All private coaching sessions are nonrefundable once booked.
Rescheduling may be available with at least 24 hours’ notice, but missed or canceled sessions without notice will not be refunded or credited.


Group Coaching Memberships

I’m confident this program will give you clarity on your curls. But I also know you can’t tell if something truly works for you until you’re inside.

So here’s how this works:

Join the program, go through the Beginner Modules, and attend (or watch the replay of) the first live coaching call.

If after that you decide this isn’t the right fit for you, email me before the second coaching call and I’ll refund you in full.

After the second call, all sales are final.

This isn’t a results guarantee – your hair won’t transform in a few weeks. But you WILL know if this program is structured in a way that works for you. If it’s not the right fit, just let me know.
