Pre-workout:
-Banana
Breakfast:
-Healthy veggie egg whites:
- 1 egg, 2 egg whites
- Splash of milk
- Onion
- Cheddar cheese
- Diced grape tomatoes
- Fresh baby spinach
- Italian seasoning
- Black pepper
Lunch:
-Veggie wrap with turkey:
- Flour tortilla
- Sliced turkey
- Mixed greens
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoes
- Black olives
- Feta cheese
- Black pepper
-Peach
Dinner:
-Salmon with brown rice, spinach, & kale:
- Wild caught pink salmon
- Lemon juice
- Paprika
- Creole seasoning
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Spinach
- Kale
- Brown rice
Directions: Add olive oil to a frying pan. Place salmon filet in pan and top with lemon juice and seasonings. Cook until no longer pink, and fish easily flakes. Chop salmon in pieces. Cook brown rice according to package directions. Combine brown rice, fresh kale, and fresh spinach. Stir and heat until greens are wilted.
