If you have naturally curly hair, you may know how bad it can be for your hair to wash it daily. I always recommend at least waiting 2-3 days in between washes if possible, because naturally curly hair tends to be very dry. “Refreshing” your curls allows you to extend your style, and prevents the need to wash and restyle it.
I’ve always struggled with finding the perfect routine to refresh my curly hair, but it’s all about how you sleep on your hair the night before that keeps it looks great the next day. It’s easy for curls to get tangled, loose their shape, and look dry and limp.
