Urban Decay recently released the new Elements Palette, which contains gorgeous metallic, jeweled toned and bright-colored shadows. It also has a few matte finish shadows, and several earthed-toned shades perfect for fall. Below are swatches of each shade.
Today I’m showing how to create this easy emerald green smokey eye using the Elements Palette. This would be awesome eye makeup for green eyes, or brown eyes as well.
