Hi Gena! I wonder if you’ve ever reviewed Pureology Color Fanatic Multi-tasking Leave-in Spray or Tresemme Flawless Curls Hair Mousse. Both have many of the ingredients you suggest are good for humidity control. I have all-over vibrant color hair and my stylist loves the leave-in spray for me, and quite a few of my curly friends love and recommend the mousse.
I currently use the leave-in just out of the shower, then use the Ouidad anti-humidity with extra hold, brush style and diffuse until almost dry (or as much time as I have on a work morning, lol), and follow with a bit of the mousse, targeting my roots.
