6 Signs of Moisture OVERLOAD in Curly Hair + How to FIX IT | Curlsmith
Products linked in my profile and in the description box of the related video. ❌ Not clarifying regularly to remove buildup. Low-porosity hair gets weighed down easily because everything accumulates on the surface. ✅ Use a shampoo with chelating ingredients to remove hard water minerals product buildup, and oil. ❌ Not effectively deep conditioning, leaving the hair dry and frizzy even after rinsing. ✅ Use a lightweight deep conditioner, and add a heat cap or steam to help increase absorption. ❌ Going straight to diffusing or air drying soaking wet hair. ✅ Apply styling products, then scrunch with a hair towel to absorb excess water. Glaze another layer of gel if needed. Then diffuse. Avoid leaving hair soaking wet all day.
