What do you think of these results? Overall, my curls look fine but for the steep price of over $30 per product, I just can't justify the stylers. When it comes to the actual bonding products, I understand the price but I don't love the fact that you have to avoid the sun for up to a week after using them. Urea increases the risk for sunburn. That's tough to avoid in the summer even with sunscreen. The treatment has heat protection which is nice. I also tested the shampoo & conditioner, but wasn't wowed by those either. I think I didn't see a difference because I don't have color-treated or bleached hair. However my hair is still high-porosity and has regular damage so you would think they would at least make my curls bounce up. Perhaps they are just not for me since I don't have that specific type of damage. When I use bonding treatments that target all 3 types of bonds, I can tell my curls have more bounce and definition even with just one use. What do you think? I'm so picky and find that most gels either don't have enough hold, or they have hold and are too thick, sticky, and drying. Unfortunately, even the NYM gel I share here that is strong hold is too thick for my preferences, but it's one of the few gels that does hold up in humidity from the drugstore.
