Refund Policy

At GenaMarie.co, I want you to feel confident in your purchase and fully supported in your curl journey.
Please review the following policies carefully before completing your purchase, as each type of product and service follows different terms.


Digital Products & Resources

All digital products (including downloadable guides, trackers, charts, and video lessons) are nonrefundable due to the immediate, full access provided at the time of purchase.
Because these materials cannot be returned once accessed, all sales of digital products are final.


1:1 Coaching Sessions

All private coaching sessions are nonrefundable once booked.
Rescheduling may be available with at least 24 hours’ notice, but missed or canceled sessions without notice will not be refunded or credited.


Group Coaching Memberships

For group coaching programs, I offer a 14-day satisfaction window from the date of purchase.
If within the first 14 days you feel the structure or format of the program is not a good fit, you may request a refund by emailing info@genamarie.co.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and clarity around participation.
After the 14-day period, all group coaching sales are final and nonrefundable.

Note: Early-access members receive immediate access to digital resources and past lesson libraries. These materials are nonrefundable, and the 14-day window applies to the overall program structure and experience.
