Growing up my hair was always flat, greasy and course. It was very difficult to brush as tangles would form so easily and still do. So I kept it in a ponytail for a good portion of my childhood/teenage years. In my 20s I finally tried wearing my hair down and was just sad at how flat it was. I focused my styling methods on giving it more volume. I discovered foam really helped. Fast forward to only a few months ago my hair formed lose waves from a very cold shower. This discovery made me so excited. I did a ton of wavy/curly research. Been doing consistent practices with wavy styling methods. And bought a lot of Curlsmith supplies. And to my joy my hair has lovely 2a waves and my left side forms lose curls. Currently I struggle a lot with frizz and very confused pattern if any on the right side of my hair. It has poofiness, but definitely not as wavy was the left side of my hair.
