Gena is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. During our coaching session she provided a suggestions and tips that made a huge difference immediately. There is so much information out there and her ability customize suggestions have made a big impact. I learned a lot more about my hair type and porosity as well as what types of products/techniques to avoid.
She provides clear feedback and follow up and won’t hesitate to respond to quick follow up items. It was well worth my time to book with her.
