ELF Primer Experiment

Hey everyone!
Is eye primer worth it?
A while back when I did the review on the ELF Mineral Eyeshadow Primer I said I’d do a test to see how long it held up and if it really made a difference by the end of the day. All the same products and bushes I used were the same.
Here’s the results:

The eye on the right does not have primer and the left one does. I just used a sparkly white shadow and a dark gray. The camera didn’t show the colors very well. But the main difference is without the primer (right eye) the gray wouldn’t go only in the area I wanted it to. I tried to put it in the crease and it spread across the lid because it had nothing to stick to. Also the white in the inner corners did not show up very well or last all day. The lid with the primer (right) blended well and the colors went where I wanted.

So in my opinion eyeshadow primer is definitely worth it. It gives you long lasting color and easy blendabilty.
