VIDEO: BaubleBar Summer Lookbook

One of my favorite things about summer fashion is the jewelry. I adore wearing bright colors, beads, and gemstones. BaubleBar is an amazing jewelry brand that has high-quality, trendy pieces. I chose a few bold and bright items for this season, as well as a few delicate staple items. For this video I decided to share with you all how I styled the pieces with clothing as well as pairing with other jewelry.

Bold Beaded Strands, Purple

If this gorgeous necklace doesn’t scream summer, I don’t know what does! I paired it with a black maxi skirt and basic white tank for a casual look. For earrings I went with basic gold studs and gold watch.

Pink Angelic Drops

Statement earring are my favorite, and I love how these are a medium size so they’re not too much. They have a gorgeous opalescent pink stone in the center. I paired them with a girly blush-colored romper (use code “XOGENA” for 15% off FashionNova) and gold watch.

Organic Wharton Drops, Turquoise 

Turquoise is perfect for summertime, and these stones are so detailed and beautiful. They’re also available in neon pink! For my outfit I wore a pink and mint floral print babydoll top, along with a small gold necklace, gold watch, and beaded bracelets.

Ice Chevron Midi Ring, Rose Gold

Midi rings are really popular right now, and I love how this one is so delicate. It has a chevron shape, as well as a few rhinestones. This ring is available in regular ring sizes as well, along with gold and silver. I paired it with a crochet ivory top and matching rose gold earrings, bracelet, and watch.

Corazon Pendant Necklace, Silver

This last item is definitely a staple item for me, because it can be layered with other necklaces and worn with regular neckline tops. It is available in all metal colors. I layered it with another silver necklace I had, the Cairo Ear Jackets from Bauble Bar, infinity ring, and a silver chain-link bracelet.

Low Maintenance Curly Hair Routine | Best Curlsmith Products for Travel
Struggling with flat roots and a lack of volume? Diffuse is key! 1. After applying styling products (gel or mousse is critical for hold), scrunch hair with a hair towel. ⭐️BONUS TIP: For extra hold and to tame frizz, apply another light glaze of gel or mousse after microplopping. 2. Flip hair upside down and plop it over a counter or other flat surface. Hover your diffuser around. No flat surface? Gently cup your hair in sections. This will prevent elongation. Hover the whole time if you want elongation. 3. Flip right side up and cup the ends of your hair in the diffuser and press up towards the head. Angle the diffuser towards your hair versus straight up to prevent frizz. 4. Use the prongs to lift the roots up and hold. Having a diffuser with long enough prongs that extend out past the end of the bowl is key! ⚠️This is why I don't recommend the Dyson because the prongs are not long enough and it gets way too hot. 5. After hair is dry, fluff out the roots and scrunch out the cast with dry hands. ⚠️ You can finish air drying if needed but wait to fluff after it's fully dry! Settings I use are high heat and low fan speed. I alternate to medium heat on the ends sometimes. This diffuser does not get too hot even on high!
