VIDEO: Irresistible Me Magnetic Eyelash Extensions Review & Tutorial – How to Apply Magnetic Lashes

Magnetic eyelashes are the latest in beauty innovation, but are they worth a try? I’m sharing an in-depth review on the Irresistible Me Magnetic Eyelash Extensions, which come in both half and full lash sets. I was super intrigued by the product because although I love the look of falsies, I’ve never been one to enjoy wearing them or have the patience to fool with them. I have never understood how some people wear them every day!

How to Apply Magnetic Eyelashes

I decided to give these a try because they require NO glue- none! I was sold right there. No fussing with getting the glue the right consistency or ruining your eyeliner and mascara in the process. The magnetic lashes are easy to apply (once you get the hang of it), even easier to remove, and don’t mess up your makeup in the process.

The Irresistible Me ones come in a very natural cut, that contains thin hairs that vary in length. I personally prefer the half lashes, because they just have one tiny magnet, instead of 2 like the full lash strip. They also look more natural, and although they’re not super dramatic, they add a nice flare to the tips without looking overdone.

Low Maintenance Curly Hair Routine | Best Curlsmith Products for Travel
Struggling with flat roots and a lack of volume? Diffuse is key! 1. After applying styling products (gel or mousse is critical for hold), scrunch hair with a hair towel. ⭐️BONUS TIP: For extra hold and to tame frizz, apply another light glaze of gel or mousse after microplopping. 2. Flip hair upside down and plop it over a counter or other flat surface. Hover your diffuser around. No flat surface? Gently cup your hair in sections. This will prevent elongation. Hover the whole time if you want elongation. 3. Flip right side up and cup the ends of your hair in the diffuser and press up towards the head. Angle the diffuser towards your hair versus straight up to prevent frizz. 4. Use the prongs to lift the roots up and hold. Having a diffuser with long enough prongs that extend out past the end of the bowl is key! ⚠️This is why I don't recommend the Dyson because the prongs are not long enough and it gets way too hot. 5. After hair is dry, fluff out the roots and scrunch out the cast with dry hands. ⚠️ You can finish air drying if needed but wait to fluff after it's fully dry! Settings I use are high heat and low fan speed. I alternate to medium heat on the ends sometimes. This diffuser does not get too hot even on high!
